YAY!

I just wanted to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my Uncle Matt. He is 30 today! Mommy says that's a big day! He got me this special National Champs tshirt that I can wear next season! Roll Tide Uncle Matt! I love you!

January

Mommy started back her DPT program at UNF on the 4th of January. Luckily, I've had Grandma and Poppa to keep me busy even though Mommy and I miss each other SOOO much! Ive gotten to help get their new place put together and I even got some fun things on the way.

Sad that Mommy is going to school but don't I look cute in the raincoat my Great Aunt Lori and Great Uncle Gary gave me for Christmas

Poppa brought the wagon that his teachers at Kermit Johnson gave him when I was born. Mommy pulled me off of the truck in it. Poppa has been taking me on rides every day since.
Thanks Kermit Johnson!!!!

Grandma and Poppa brought the tiny table that Mommy and Uncle Matt played on when they were little. I love sitting at it and eating.

Also a neat new trick I've learned...

Alabama and Katy's Wedding

On the 28th we had to go ahead and leave Louisiana to go back to Alabama in time for Auntie Katy's wedding! We went up through Hattiesburg on the way and Daddy, Mommy, and me got to see USM for my very first time. Mommy wishes they would have had more time to take pictures :[ We got to eat lunch with Daddy and Mommy's friends Rachel, Nathan, and Isaiah. I got to see Daddy and Mommy's first apartment too. We tried knocking on a couple of doors and even at the Registrar's office because there were cars outside but no one answered :[ Hopefully, next time we go through we can see more people!

Breakfast with the Louisiana fan club! Not the best picture but I had to do a shout out! I was so glad I finally got to meet my Auntie Suzzy's parents!

In Hattiesburg we got to go see Auntie Rachel at the Hattiesburg Zoo! They moved all of the swans there so Mommy took a picture of me on one. I thought it was a ride!

 It was really sunny!

When we got to Trussville it was a lot colder than I'm used to so I got to try out my gloves and toboggan I got at Christmas. Poppa didn't think it was that cold obviously...

While in Trussville, Grandma and Poppa taught me how to roll it during patty cake. Everyone agreed that I did a really good job.

I've also been working on my scales. I may need some help from Ms Belk!

On Saturday I got to watch Auntie Katy get married! She looked absolutely beautiful that day. Mommy was so happy to be one of her bridesmaids. This was the best picture she had from the big day! Congratulations!!!

Louisiana Christmas

The day after Christmas, Daddy and Mommy loaded us up in the car and we headed to Louisiana to see Daddy's family. It was a llloooonnnggg ride and unfortunately I slept through the Mississippi sign and then it was pouring down rain when we got to the Louisiana sign, so we will have to get pictures by those the next time we pass through!

I did really good in the car ride. Mommy let me stretch my legs and stand up in the back seat every time we stopped. I thought it was fun!

My very first time meeting my Great Grandma! Everyone calls her Old MawMaw. Mommy let me wear my reindeer houseshoes I got for Christmas because they were easy to take on and off in the car. Aren't they fun?

Hanging out with MawMaw and Old MawMaw

Uncle Justin lives in Colorado so this was my first time meeting him too. I was very interested in his beard.

Uncle Wylie, Daddy, and Uncle Justin

Me and Uncle Justin still trying to figure each other out

Hanging out with Daddy and PawPaw while making Shrimp and Crab Corn Chowder. PawPaw is a really good cook! It smelled so yummy that I can't wait until I get to try some!

They gave me lots of stuff for Christmas too, but my favorite thing was my TuTu! It has little flowers on it that I really like.

I'm very lucky to be a part of four generations!
Daddy, Old MawMaw, MawMaw, and me all together for the first time!

I had so much fun at PawPaw and MawMaw's house! I can't wait to see them again!

Thank you Nanny Ashleigh for letting us stay at your house! I really like the walking toy you and Uncle Paul got me! I can't wait to see you in March for your wedding!

HO HO HO!

MERRY CHRISTMAS! My very first Christmas morning! It was amazing!!! Mommy and Daddy came to get me out of my crib and I was so excited to see them.

I was in my Christmas Eve pjs aren't they cute?

They took me into the living room and look what Santa brought me! When we walked around the corner I was smiling so big and then I noticed my things and gasped. Daddy and Mommy couldn't have hoped for a better reaction!

I went for the block train first

There were tons of alphabet blocks for me to play with!

Mommy helped me put one of the blocks down the shoot

Next I found my cabbage patch baby

She came specially from the cabbage patch factory! We have the same name, birthday, and even look alike. My grandma and poppa picked her out at the factory for Santa.

We became good friends really fast.

Later that day Poppa helped me ride on my train.

I like it best when someone is making the choo choo noise while they push me. I've started making the noise too and Daddy says pretty soon I'll be able to push myself along!

I was overly spoiled my first Christmas. Grandma, Poppa, and Uncle Matt brought even more stuff than Santa did! Daddy and Mommy agreed that its a good thing that Grandma and Poppa are moving to Florida so they can keep half of my toys at their place! I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! Daddy and Mommy say that was their best Christmas ever and can't wait until next year to see what I do!

Merry Christmas From the Rojas Family!

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve I got dressed up in a pretty Christmas dress for church! It was actually Mommy's Christmas dress when she was a baby. Uncle Matt thought I looked like a member of the church choir, but I liked my dress!

Family picture in front of the Christmas tree!

Hanging out with Uncle Matt

These aren't really good quality but Mommy really liked them anyway.

KITTY!

I started saying this in early December and Mommy finally got it on video on December 19. It may not be perfect but its not too shabby for a 9 month old....

Amy's wedding!

Well we headed to Alabama the first week of December for Mommy's friend Amy's wedding. I had lots of fun seeing everyone and the wedding was beautiful. I got to show off my crawling and cruising skills, as well as, show everyone the new words I'm working on: "bye bye" and "uh oh".

Poppa took me outside to play in the leaves. I don't get to do that in Florida.

We dropped in to say hey to my friend Ava at Auntie Mea's house

Ellie, Brooklyn, and me. There really wasn't a picture where we were all smiling and looking at the same time. We look cute together though!

I got to visit my Great Uncle Randy and Aunt Joyce. They gave me my very first Christmas present! Its a really neat little house that teaches me about opposites. Thank you!!!

Auntie Amy's niece Brooklyn and me a couple of days before the wedding.

And her nephew Colton. We really liked each other.

Mommy thought this was too funny not to post. Its not supposed to be a walker...but I made it one.

I had so much fun at Amy and William's wedding. I got to spend the night at the hotel with everyone and then the day of the wedding I got to dress up all fancy and dance with daddy on the dance floor. Daddy and Mommy were really impressed by how well I did. Thankfully Auntie Amy said we could use some of the great pictures that her photographer did!

 The beautiful bride!

Mommy and me. She was the matron of honor. See her pretty dress? I really liked the necklace. I was also really interested in the camera so I didn't want to smile.

And they lived happily ever after! Congratulations Amy and William!

Birthday and Decorations

I went to my second 1st birthday party. This time Mommy actually remembered to take pictures. Happy birthday Anabel!

All the girls at Anabel's new table.
Me, Anabel, and Anastasia

Anabel is allergic to a lot of things so she had a special homemade raspberry cake.

I really look up to my older friends.

Watching Anabel play the piano while I play with one of the hangers from her new clothes...

All the girls again. Great smile from Anabel!

Since it is my first Christmas, mom thought I should help decorate. I think I did a really good job.

Testing the lights with daddy.

They work!

Stringing them on the tree. I mostly pulled them off...

Mommy let me hang the balls I couldn't break.

I really liked this shimmery red one.

And the star finishes it off. So pretty!

Admiring my red shimmer ball.
